FORMAT – QUALIFYING:
• 3 regular games — Move 1 pair to the right after each game in 2 blocks.
• The Top 8 boys and Top 8 girls based on total pinfall advance to Baker Match Play Round.
• Ties for final qualifying position: 9th-10th frame roll-off. All Other ties: high game bowled.
BAKER MATCH PLAY
• Each team consists of one boy and one girl. Pairings based on qualifying seed (1 boy + 1 Girl)
• Pinfall from qualifying round does not carry forward. All baker teams start with 0.
• 8-team USBC league schedule will be used.
• 7 rounds of baker games (teams determine their order of bowling).
• 20 bonus pins per game won.
• Top 3 teams advance to stepladder finals (includes bonus pins).

STEPLADDER:
• Stepladder: one game matches, higher seed chooses starting lane.
• Finalists get 2 warm-up shots per lane. No practice for advancing teams (practice on designated pair only).
• Teams determine their order of bowling at start of each game.
RULES:
1. Open to 2025–26 school year students eligible under IHSB rules.
2. Dress Code: Collared, mock polo, or HS jersey preferred. Males: shorts/slacks. Females: shorts, slacks, skirts (must pass fingertips rule). Checked at check-in/practice.
3. Start Time: Practice 1:50 PM. Tournament 2:00 PM. Check-in begins 60 minutes prior.
4. Walk-ins welcome based on lane availability.
5. Scratch event: No handicap.
6. Baker Round will use cross lane rotation (one player will always bowl on right lane, other bowler will always bowl on left lane).
7. The top 3 teams bowl in single elimination (single game match).
8. Entry Fee Breakdown: $13 scholarship, $11 bowling, $1 trophy = $25 total.
9. Scholarships: 100% returned via USBC SMART. 1:5 Ratio based on of male and female entries.
10. Top qualifier Male, Female in qualifying round will receive a Storm Ball of there choice.
11. Check in 30 mins prior. Late arrivals = zero for missed frames.
12. Entry fees must be submitted with entry. $25 before 8/12; $30 after or day-of.
13. All decisions and payouts are final by the Tournament Director.
